At Mi-Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your electronics purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Mi-Home account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the electronic device in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the device's condition and serial number, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
